Relay:
RY1 - SIP-1A05 - 5V high reliability SPST reed relay

D1 - BAT43 (blue - observe polarity!)

Configuration Headers / Jumpers:
These headers are installed so the shorter section is inserted (soldered) into the board
JU1 - 3 pin header - green - with shorting bar or "shunt"
JU2 - 3 pin header - yellow - with shorting bar or "shunt"
JU3 - 2 pin header - blue - with shorting bar or "shunt"
JU4 - 3 pin header - blue - with shorting bar or "shunt"
JU5 - 3 pin header - blue - with shorting bar or "shunt"
JU6 - 2 pin header - red - with shorting bar or "shunt"

These headers are installed so the shorter section is inserted (soldered) into the board
H1 - 4 pin header - white - with jumper
H2 - 4 pin header - white - with jumper 

LEDs:
LED1 - 3mm Red LED
LED2 - 3mm Green LED
LED3 - 3mm Blue LED
All LEDs orient with long lead in the round hole.

IC Sockets:
(3) 8 Pin DIP IC Sockets - Note orientation notch.

Crystal:
Y1 - 12 MHz Crystal

Transistors:
Q1 - 2N2222 Bi-polar NPN
Q2 - 2N7000 FET N-Chamnnel
Q3 - 2N2222 Bi-polar NPN

NOTE:  Components that are supplied on a "carrier" paper should have their leads cut from the 
carrier near the edge of the paper.  Don't try to pull the component away from the carrier 
otherwise you could damage it.

NOTE: Some components have pre-bent leads and they'll need to be reformed to allow 
the part to fully seat on the surface of the circuit board.

NOTE:  Polarized capacitor locations include a + (plus sign) silkscreened on the board 
where the positive lead orients.

Capacitors:
C1  - 47pF small yellow MLCC (marked 47 or 470)
C2  - 20pF or 22pF yellow or blue MLCC (marked 20, 200 or 22, 220) (turn part over - as there are numbers on both sides)
C3  - .47uF Tantalum (blue) (observe polarity!) (See below for installation note)
C4  - 20pF or 22pF yellow or blue MLCC (marked 20, 200 or 22, 220)
C5  - .47uF Tantalum (blue) (observe polarity!) (See below for installation note)

C3 and C5 installation note:
The positive lead is on the right side when the printing is facing you.
C3 is installed so its printing faces C2.
C5 is installed so its printing faces AWAY FROM C4.

C6  - 10uF electrolytic (observe polarity!)
C7  - 10uF electrolytic (observe polarity!)
C8  - 10uF electrolytic (observe polarity!)
C9  - 47pF small yellow MLCC (marked 47 or 470)
C10 - 4.7uF small electrolytic (observe polarity!)
C11 - 4.7uF small electrolytic (observe polarity!)
